At sourcream.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sour cream, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your sour cream must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • In its original, unopened packaging.
  • Not showing signs of damage or tampering.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Initiating a Return

  2. Packaging: Securely repackage the sour cream in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is damaged, use a sturdy box to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please retain your shipping confirmation as proof of return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned sour cream, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
